Welcome to PRSA-LA’s new L.A. Connect blog!
While it has the same name as our old monthly email newsletter, L.A. Connect is now an entirely new publication intended to transform how we communicate with our members. The blog format enables us to publish content that is more in-depth, interactive and easier to share than the old static newsletter. We’ll still send an L.A. Connect email each month, but now it will serve as a brief digest with links to what’s here on the blog.
Launching the blog is part of PRSA-LA’s broader effort to enhance how we communicate with members and provide even more value as an organization. This year we have also completely revamped our website and begun a series of online “Happy Hour Hangouts” to further connect our members with top-tier journalists. More is in the works, so please stay tuned to this blog for news about all the other initiatives PRSA-LA has in store.
