When PRSA-LA’s new website was launched in March 2014, it included an improved Jobs Board where PR job listings are free to browse and post. It has since become one of the most popular sections of our website. In fact, over the past 90 days we’ve added 50 positions to the board, covering the entire spectrum of work opportunities from full and part-time positions to paid internships.

HOW TO LIST A JOB
Listing a job on PRSA-LA is as easy as forwarding the job’s description to mindy@prsala.org. The description should include detail on how applicants can apply for the position, and optionally URL’s to company websites, Twitter pages, logos, and videos. A brief, one line description of your company can also be included, if you desire your job listing to stand out.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A JOB
PRSA-LA is unable to collect or forward resumes on employers’ or jobseekers’ behalf. The Chapter’s role is limited to making connections. Application processes are set and administered by the employers themselves.
HOW TO REMOVE A JOB
All job listings posted by PRSA-LA automatically expire 90 days after they are listed, but listings are also renewable until filled. To renew or report a position as filled and remove it from our website, simply email mindy@prsala.org. If you find a stellar candidate through the Jobs Board, a shout out via Twitter referencing @prsala or hashtag #prsalajobs would also be much appreciated.
