Ing Phansavath is the Program Director of the Leadership, Management, and Communications Unit in the department of Business, Management & Legal Programs at UCLA Extension. She oversees a diverse portfolio of over 100 courses in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Public Relations, and Small Business. Prior to her joining UCLA Extension she was the Director of Programs for the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center in Los Angeles, where she oversaw all aspects of community mediation, educational outreach, training, and grant compliance.
Ing holds a B.A. in International Development Studies from UCLA, a M.A. in International Development and Social Change from Clark University, and an Ed.D in Global Education from USC. She also earned a post-graduate certificate in Leadership Studies when she was a Fellow in the Asia Pacific Leadership Program at the East‐West Center.
