AIJ Communications

Joe Marchelewski is President of AIJ Communications, a boutique agency representing trial lawyers, consumer brands, digital finance, cannabis, and financial firms in all aspects of their communications efforts. He is a veteran of the legal PR and marketing world, having worked for some of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the world. After graduating from USC’s Annenberg School for Journalism with a degree in Public Relations, he began working for Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp, one of Los Angeles’ oldest and most prominent entertainment firms. He spent the next 13+ years working for the largest law firm in Manhattan (Skadden, Arps), the firm that took down the Federal Government’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy (White & Case) and the law firm that established insurance bad faith as one of the few new torts in the 20th Century (Shernoff Bidart Echeverria).

Mr. Marchelewski has created national, consumer-focused PR campaigns, successfully spearheaded marketing proposals to retain Fortune 500 companies, worked one-on-one with lawyers to position them as experts in the field, and helped law firms throughout the country brand and rebrand themselves.
