Despite the PR industry’s growing digital expertise, online crises continue to play out and leave professional communicators scrambling to minimize the damage. Can anything be done to prevent these volatile situations in the first place?  This program will examine recent high profile digital disasters, and what steps could have been taken to prevent them. Our all-star panel of experts will weigh in on these real-world situations and discuss hands-on best practices for crisis prevention in a digital world.
